RESTYLANE® is formulated as a gel that is injected with a tiny needle into the deeper layers of the skin to provide instantaneous results. Results are long lasting but not permanent. RESTYLANE® results typically last between six and eight months.

Collagen is a natural substance found throughout the body. As we get older, the composition of our body's collagen changes, and lines and wrinkles develop. Cosmoderm® and Cosmoplast® are collagen products that Dr. Greenspun injects below the skin's surface to redefine facial features and smooth unwanted lines and contours. No pre-testing is needed before treatment with either Cosmoderm® or Cosmoplast®. Both products are formulated with built-in anesthetics and treatment in the office takes less than an hour. Results are immediate and your body will slowly absorb the collagen; your face will gradually return to its original contour over about six month's time.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein that allows Dr. Greenspun to target the facial muscles that cause unwanted wrinkles. BOTOX® can temporarily smooth the wrinkles that result from repeated facial movements. It is the only non-surgical treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Doses of BOTOX® are administered directly into the muscles responsible for creating facial lines. A few tiny injections block nerve impulses to these muscles, leaving the overlying skin smoother and more relaxed for months. No anesthesia is required and you can return to most activities almost immediately after you leave the office.

Also called fat grafting, fat injection, micro-lipoinjection or fat transplantation, fat transfer involves the removal and relocation of a patient’s own body fat to plump up areas that have lost volume. Fat can be used as a filler to smooth unwanted wrinkles and folds that occur as we grow older. Loss of volume may also occur as a result of injury, surgery, or from other causes such as acne scarring. Fat can be obtained from the abdomen, buttocks or thighs and subsequently inserted into the area being treated. Both sites are numbed with local anesthesia so that the procedure is painless. Because transplanted fat is obtained from your own body, it does not carry a risk of allergic reaction or rejection. Only a short recovery period is required to achieve long-lasting results.
